Melvina McCabe, MD

Melvina McCabe, MDDr. McCabe graduated from medical school and completed both a Family Medicine residency and Geriatrics fellowship at UNM. She is board certified in Family Medicine and has a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Geriatrics. Dr. McCabe is an Associate Professor in the UNM Department of Family & Community Medicine. She is Director, Geriatric Education Center, and was appointed by the Governor to serve on the NM Health Policy Commission. Se runs a research program focusing on health issues affecting the Native American elderly.
